Our Returns Policy

Canceling and Order

If you wish to cancel an order before the goods have dispatched please contact us in writing/email and we will do our best to cancel the order without financial penalty. However, depending on the stage of manufacture any costs incurred by the Company may be passed on to you up to the full value of your order (Excluding Delivery Costs)

Returning Goods

Please contact us is writing/email if you wish to return any items. If we agree to accept back items they must be in the same condition as supplied as new and the following conditions will apply.

a. Customers are responsible for returning any unwanted items at their cost.
b. All returns will levy a re-stocking charge of up to 30% plus any repair costs if the items are returned damaged.
c. Please note that large warehouse steps, large outdoor storage containers, large trailers or other large items made to order cannot be returned.
d. All Galvanised Steps – are made and galvanised to order so therefore they are non-refundable and non-returnable.
e. Where an item is made to your own specification a cancellation charge will be levied up to 100% depending on the stage of manufacture. Once these items have left the factory the item cannot be returned.

3. Delivery Times

a. Delivery times stated are an estimate only
b. The company will endeavor to keep customers informed  in the event that items are delayed
c. Where items are excessively delayed we will work with the customer to ensure orders can be cancelled without unnecessary cost.
d. Time does not form the essence of a contract with our customers.
e. We quote an estimated Delivery or Dispatch time, although actual delivery times from dispatch can vary from 1 to 5 working days depending on the size and weight of  the  item.
