On May 25, 2018, the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaces the 1995 Data Protection Directive and, in the UK, the 1998 Data Protection Act. Preparing for this regulatory change is a priority for many of our customers and suppliers, and it is equally a priority for us. We have updated our privacy policies which has been specifically adjusted to reflect the new regulation. The updated privacy policies take effect immediately for new and for existing contacts, customers and suppliers.

This policy together with our terms and conditions and any other documents referred to on it sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. We keep certain basic information when you visit our website and  recognise the importance of keeping that information secure and letting you know what we will do with it.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

We may collect and process the following data about you:

ACCESS TO INFORMATION

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. You can access your information on request, further requests for the same informaion may be subject to a fee of £10 +VAT to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
