The DX-160624 disposable plastic adhesive mixer, (Interchangeable with Nordson 7700837, TAH 160-624 and 3M 87982) stands out as a disposable static mixer featuring a bell mount cartridge attachment and a slip luer discharge outlet. Its compatibility extends to 200, 400, or 600 cc cartridges and meter mix machines, utilising a bell housing attachment. The slip luer facilitates the precise discharge of adhesive or attachment to a spreading device.
Internally, this static mixer houses a 24-section element tightly fitted to eliminate any adhesive bypass during the mixing process. Its design is tailored for mixing ratios of 1:1 and 2:1, ensuring a thorough mix for materials like epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, and methyl methacrylates.
These disposable plastic motionless mixers are specifically for low-viscosity materials and are applicable in assembly, meter mix machines, concrete repair, carbon fibre applications, gaskets, and potting.
