The DX-MC0624LL (Interchangeable with MCH 06-24-LL) is a disposable static mixer featuring a standard bell mount cartridge attachment and a white nylon Leur Lock Adaptor.

This disposable motionless mixer, designed for 200, 400, and 600 cc cartridges or meter mixer machines, includes a bell housing or mount attachment.

An 24-section high-strength polyacetal element ensures a tight fit inside the polypropylene casing, eliminating any adhesive bypass during mixing.

This plastic mixer is ideal for 1:1 and 2:1 mixing ratios and is commonly used by customers to thoroughly mix epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, and methyl methacrylates.

Further applications for these motionless static mixers include manufacturing assembly operations, carbon fibre meter mixing machines, potting operations, and concrete repair.
