Disposable Plastic Static Mixer – 18ME – Length 214mm – ID 10mm – Bell Connector – Stepped Tip

The DX-MC1018 (Interchangeable with MCH 10-18T) is a disposable static mixer featuring a standard bell mount cartridge attachment and a stepped mixing nozzle outlet.

This disposable motionless mixer, designed for 200, 400, and 600 cc cartridges or meter mixer machines, includes a bell housing or mount attachment.

The 18-section high-strength polyacetal element ensures a tight fit inside the polypropylene casing, eliminating any adhesive bypass during mixing.

This plastic mixer is ideal for 1:1 and 2:1 mixing ratios and is commonly used by customers to thoroughly mix epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, and methyl methacrylates.

Further applications for these motionless static mixers include manufacturing assembly operations, carbon fibre meter mixing machines, potting operations, and concrete repair.
