STATIC MIXING NOZZLES

Designed for precision in the injection moulding processes, the StaMixCo SMN Injection Moulding Mixing Nozzle embodies efficiency and reliability. 

Our mixing nozzles feature four to eight highly effective static mixing elements. These elements seamlessly homogenise the polymer melt throughout the injection process. They are produced from heat-treated, high-strength 17-4 PH stainless steel, offering excellent durability and rendering them virtually indestructible. 

The design ensures minimal pressure drop, optimising operational efficiency. Notably, the SMN Injection Moulding Mixing Nozzle enables significant reductions in colour concentrate additives—up to 30%—while maintaining comparable part colour density.

SMB-GSX MELT BLENDERS

The SMB-GXS Melt Blender by STAMIXCO introduces an innovative approach to extrusion melt blending. This design features four to eight highly efficient static mixing elements with integrated longitudinal bars, boasting enhanced strength and an open structure devoid of conventional support rings. The monolithic cast construction of the mixing elements, forged through a single molten metal pour, ensures exceptional resistance. Crafted from heat-treated, high-strength 17-4 PH stainless steel, the SMB-GXS promises robust performance in demanding extrusion environments.

With a legacy spanning over 25 years, the SMB-GX Static Mixer remains a stalwart in melt flow mixing extrusion services.
