Round: 3mm or 4mm, Square: 3 x 3 or 6 x 6mm, Rectangular: 2.2 x 4.2m or 5 x 7mm.

With and Without Thermocouples.

Invotec coil heaters offer the ultimate in mechanical protection. Supplied in straight length, coiled to your required size or complete with our internally heated nozzles.

All coil heaters can be supplied with a cover over the coils for even greater mechanical protection.

Construction: TIG welded stainless sheath.
1000mm lead cables (standard) protected with fibre-glass silicone cover.
Heating element Ni Cr 80/20.
Compacted MgO insulation.

Electrical properties Insulation: 5 Mega Ohms at 500 V DC.
Heating should not exceed 350°C Max.
Dielectric strength: 3ø — 800 V 2,2 x 4,2 — 800 V 5 x 7 — 1.250 V 4ø — 800 V 6 x 6 — 1.250 V<
Wattage Tolerances + 10% – 5%.
Length Tolerances ± 2,5 %.
