Brass Sealed Nozzle Heaterbands

Our top quality brass sealed nozzle heater bands are hermetically sealed from liquid plastic.

All of our sealed heater bands go through a series of tests to ensure correct ohmic values, dielectric strength, earth leakage and insulation resistance.

Technical Details:

• Brass tube with nickel-chrome 80/20 resistive windings and continuous mica insulation.
• Specific wattage up to 6 W/cm2
• Working temperature 300/320°C
• Standard model with axial exit 45°

• 1m leads as standard (35 D x 35mm ,38 D x 25mm and 40 D x 38mm 500mm leads)
