Description

The BLOWVAC Vacuum Air Guns are used in industry to remove waste and safely vacuum up liquids around working areas.

The BV22 Air Pump can be used in the vacuum mode or high-powered air blasting. The unique design uses a spiral exhaust system which allows for greater vertical and horizontal conveying distances.

Not requiring electrical connections or maintenance costs they are simple, safe, and incredibly efficient.

The BLOWVAC BV22 is constructed from Nylon 6 and is resistant to most chemicals.

NOTE – Do not operate in suction mode with connecting a dust bag or conveying hose.

In Vacuum or conveying mode they can be used for:

• Loading of plastic pellets
• Move pop rivets, screws, nuts & bolts.
• Cleaning of swarf and chippings from machinery
• Cleaning textile and paper trimming
• Removing water or other liquids from sumps and machinery

In Blowing Mode they can be used for:

• Blow cleaning of die-faces, mills, lathes, and other machinery.
