WHY USE THE NEW ADVANCED MOUNTING FRAME?

• Sold as a PACK of TWO (1 Side) – Users only typically have to access one side (The operator side during production.)

For users that remove the curtains regularly the correct re-positioning is essential, so we offer an advanced mounting kit. This enables you to lock the mounting magnets and curtain hooks in any position along the full length of the mounting profile.

This ensures setters and operators always mount the mould curtains in the correct position, every time.

KEY FEATURES

• Set and forget the mounting frame
• Mould curtain setting the same each time the curtain is removed
• Magnets and Hook connections can be set and locked anywhere along the frame’s length
• Fully portable to other machines

KIT CONTAINS:

Two 20 x 20mm aluminium profiles, all adjustable nuts and end caps (Pre-Assembled)
4 curtain mounting screws
Spacers allowing for 10mm, 20mm and 25mm access before the profile.

No magnets supplied – Used with existing Mould Curtain Magnets

When combined with Invotec Mould Chutes and Mould Skirts, they create a controlled, secure path that guides products directly to conveyors or boxing stations.
