The Unique Soft Drop Chute

IPS Mould stop your parts from scattering randomly in the “drop zone”. Mould Chutes ensure your parts land on your conveyor or in your packing case and not on the floor.

Mould Chutes are made of durable plastic with a PVC lining in the bottom to protect even the most delicate moulding. The unique construction will not absorb oil or grease and is abrasion, puncture, and tear resistant.

Each Mould Chute is easily cleaned using simple household cleaners and there are no concertina folds to trap mouldings or dirt.

The unique design of the soft drop mould chute lets it attach under the mould. As the mould opens your delicate parts fall gently into the Soft Drop chute and are slowly transferred on to the conveyor. Soft Drop chutes are designed for applications where delicate parts need to be transferred from your mould to your conveyor without scratching or marking them. In applications where you have multi cavity moulds Soft Drop chutes can be designed to keep parts separated further reducing damage. All Soft Drop Chutes can be attached to the machine using either magnets or custom support harnesses. Velcro straps allow precise adjustment of the chute to prevent loss of parts from uncontrolled ejections
