Polyklene R Cleaning Compound - Cleaning Compound for Extrusion and Injection Moulding Equipment
Polyklene R is the latest generation in granulated cleaning materials that cleans barrel, screw and even hot runner systems of old production resin. As easily processible as plastics Polyklene R expands into the dead areas around screws and front zone and removes difficult to manage colours, whether granulated powder or liquid and degraded production polymer.
RU Grade – Premixed with HDPE is most suitable for injection moulding will work with most polymer types that melt within a temperature range of 160 degree C – 320 degree C. Concentrate Grade – can be mixed with production resins with a process temperature to 400 degree C most suitable for extrusion.

With process temperatures in line with production materials there are no hidden costs either, often associated with use of high melt materials such as cracked acrylic. Polyklene R is the complete clean without soaking, mixing or time consuming adjustments to machinery, greatly reducing scrap, speeding up polymer changes and offering complete colour sequence flexibility.
Polyklene R is suitable for use in injection moulding extrusion, blow moulding, blown film and processing of thermo-plastic materials.
